Steps to create a menu plan:

Go through the steps in demo mode. You can try everything out but you can't create meal tiles until you are a registered user.

1. Use the demo meal planner to create a menu with the default food tiles myownmealplanner.com/mealplans/add
2. Click on the "Submit Menu" button on the bottom of the demo page and go on to give your meal plan a name and a date
3. See your meal plans as a list at myownmealplanner.com/mealplans and as part of the calendar at myownmealplanner.com/calendars/navigate
4. Create your own food tiles at myownmealplanner.com/tiles/add. You must be logged in to add a meal tile.
